First 3-way Meeting Agenda - Term 1
The first 3-way meeting should take place fairly early on in Term 1. Its purpose is to check that the student has settled into the agency and to ensure that the student and the agency have a clear understanding of what is expected. The student is responsible for arranging this meeting and the Practice Tutor facilitates it, using the proforma provided.
Second 3-way Meeting Agenda - Term 2
The second 3-way meeting takes place in Term 2 after feedback from Christmas submission. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the student's learning and progress and to clarify any areas of development that the student needs in order to pass at the end of the year. The student is responsible for arranging this meeting, which is facilitated by the Practice Tutor, using the form provided.
