I come bearing humble apologies. Thank you to the eagle-eyed amongst you who spotted the mismatches in the Observation 3 proforma. This has now been corrected. If you have been observed and are able to, can I ask that you transfer feedback from the now deleted old version of this document to the one that has now been uploaded. If this isn't possible, please don't worry - but when submitting your portfolio make a note that the feedback for Observation 3 has been filed on an outdated version of the form.
